If you do not wish to accept the revised Terms, you should discontinue use of the Website. Continued use of the Website after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms;
- modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, the Website or any material contained within it, in whole or in part, without prior notice. You agree that we shall not be liable for any modification or withdrawal of the Website or its content;
- disable any user identification code or password provided to you, whether chosen by you or assigned by us, at any time if, in our opinion, you have failed to comply with any provision of these Terms.

When making a purchase through the Website, you may be asked to provide personal information enabling us to identify you, including your name, email address, billing address, delivery address and information relating to credit cards or other payment methods.
We will process and store this information in accordance with the applicable legislation in Portugal.
5. Protecting Your Security
To help ensure that your debit, credit or prepaid card is not being used without your consent, we may validate your name, address and other personal information provided during the ordering process against appropriate third-party databases.
We take the risk of online fraud seriously. You may therefore be contacted for additional security checks, and we ask for your cooperation in such circumstances.
Fraudulent transactions will not be tolerated and any suspected fraudulent activity may be reported to the relevant authorities.

6. Acceptable Use
This Website may only be used for lawful purposes and in a lawful manner. The User agrees to comply with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations relating to the Website and its use.
The User agrees not to:
- upload or transmit through the Website any computer viruses, Trojans, worms, logic bombs or any other material designed to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of a computer system;
- upload or transmit through the Website any defamatory, offensive or obscene material;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, the server on which it is hosted, or any server, computer or database connected to the Website, or attempt any denial-of-service (“DoS”) attack against the Website.
Any such breaches may be reported to the relevant authorities, and we may cooperate with those authorities by disclosing the User's identity where legally required. In the event of such a breach, the User's right to access the Website will cease immediately.
We shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a DoS attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may affect your computer equipment, software, data or other proprietary material as a result of your use of the Website or your downloading of any material from the Website or any website linked to it.
7. Third-Party Links
For the convenience of our customers, the Website may contain links to other websites or materials beyond our control.
We are not responsible for such websites or materials and do not necessarily review or endorse them. We shall not be liable for their privacy practices or content, or for any damage, loss or offence caused or allegedly caused in connection with the use of, or reliance upon, any advertising, content, products, materials or services available through such websites or external resources.
8. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance. Any order placed by the User constitutes an offer to purchase our goods or services, and we reserve the right to refuse such offers.
The User acknowledges that an automated order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of the User's offer to purchase products or services advertised on the Website.
A contract between Rego Wine and the User will be concluded when:
(i) payment for the relevant order has been successfully completed; or
(ii) we dispatch the goods or begin providing the services,
whichever occurs later, at which point the User will receive an email confirming that the contract has been concluded (“Shipping Confirmation”).
The contract will relate only to those goods or services whose dispatch has been confirmed in the Shipping Confirmation.
We take reasonable precautions to keep order and payment details secure. In the absence of negligence on our part, we shall not be liable for losses resulting from a third party gaining unauthorised access to information provided by the User when accessing or placing an order through the Website.
Products sold through the Website are not intended for resale or distribution. We reserve the right to cancel orders and suspend accounts where we reasonably believe products are being ordered in breach of this provision.
The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the User upon delivery to the delivery address specified when placing the order.
We shall not be responsible for issues arising from an incorrect delivery address supplied by the User or from the User failing to receive or collect the products at the specified delivery address.
Rego Wine ships all orders through an external delivery service. Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 days following payment confirmation. This timeframe may be extended during periods of higher order volumes.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The applicable shipping fee is calculated automatically during checkout based on the products ordered and the destination of the order.
Shipping is free for orders of €60 or more.
Delivery is considered complete once the delivery receipt has been signed at the agreed delivery address.
9. Cancellation and Return Rights
The customer may cancel their order, provided it has not yet been processed, directly through their customer account.
Once the order has been processed, cancellation is no longer possible.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable legislation, the customer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the order.
For a return to be accepted, the products must meet all of the following requirements:
- remain unopened, properly sealed and in their original packaging;
- show no signs of use, handling or alteration;
- be returned with all original items, including packaging and any documentation supplied with them.
For reasons of hygiene, food safety and product quality protection, returns of bottles or other food products that have been opened, whose seal has been removed or whose packaging has been tampered with will not be accepted, except in cases of defects or shipping errors attributable to Rego Wine.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Following receipt and inspection of the returned products, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 14 days.
Defective Products or Shipping Errors
If a product received is defective, has been damaged during transport or does not correspond to the product ordered, the customer must notify Rego Wine within 14 days of delivery through their customer account or by email at info@regowine.com, stating the order number, the reason for the claim and, whenever possible, providing photographs of the product.
In these cases, Rego Wine will cover the return shipping costs and will replace the product or issue the corresponding refund, as applicable.
Exclusions
Returns will not be accepted for:
- food products or beverages that have been opened, consumed, partially consumed or whose seal has been removed;
- products whose original packaging has been damaged or altered for reasons attributable to the customer;
- products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised.
10. Prices and Payment
Prices displayed on the Website include VAT at the applicable statutory rate.
The prices displayed are correct at the time the information is entered into the system. However, we reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, except where such changes would affect orders for which an Order Confirmation has already been issued.
In the unlikely event that a price displayed on the confirmation page is incorrect and the error is identified before we accept the User's order, we are not obliged to sell the goods at the incorrectly displayed price.
We make every effort to ensure that prices displayed on the Website are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods ordered by the User, we will notify the User as soon as possible and provide the option to proceed with the order at the correct price or cancel it.
If the User chooses to cancel and has already paid for the goods, provided they have not yet been dispatched, a full refund will be issued.
The User confirms that the payment method used is under their control. Rego Wine currently accepts the following payment methods: credit card, Multibanco, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
We reserve the right to await payment for up to 48 hours. If payment is unsuccessful, the User will be notified through the email address provided.
If the User does not wish us to attempt to process the payment again, the order should be cancelled before it is processed.
Promotional codes may only be used in accordance with the specific terms and conditions under which they were issued, which may include eligibility requirements and maximum order values.
The User should familiarise themselves with these conditions before placing an order. We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders that do not comply with the applicable promotional terms, even where a credit or debit card has already been charged.
Where there is any inconsistency between the terms applicable to a promotional code and these Terms, the promotional code terms will prevail.
11. Intellectual Property
The content of the Website is protected by copyright, trademarks, database rights and other intellectual property rights.
The User acknowledges that all materials and content provided as part of the Website remain the property of Rego Wine or the respective rights holders.
The User may browse and display Website content on a screen, store content electronically on a local device, provided it is not stored on a server or network-connected storage system, or print a copy of the content for personal, non-commercial use, provided all copyright and proprietary notices remain intact.
The User may not otherwise reproduce, modify, copy, distribute or use any materials or content from the Website for commercial purposes.
12. Limitation of Liability
Supply of Goods
(a) If we fail to comply with these Terms, we shall only be liable to the User for losses suffered as a foreseeable consequence of our breach, whether arising in contract, tort, including negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
(b) Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- breach of obligations that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law;
- defective products under applicable consumer protection legislation;
- deliberate breaches of these Terms where liability cannot lawfully be excluded; or
- any other matter for which it would be unlawful to exclude or attempt to exclude liability.
Use of the Website
The Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any representation or endorsement, and we make no express or implied warranties regarding the Website or its use, except where such warranties cannot legally be excluded.
The User acknowledges that we cannot guarantee the absolute security or privacy of the Website or of information transmitted over the internet.
Although we endeavour to ensure that the material included on the Website is accurate, reliable and of high quality, we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case.
We shall not be liable for errors or omissions, results obtained from the use of such information or technical problems encountered while using the Website. Where we become aware of inaccuracies, we will endeavour to correct them as soon as reasonably possible.
In particular, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim liability relating to:
- incompatibility of the Website with the User's equipment, software or telecommunications connections;
- technical problems, including errors or inaccuracies on the Website;
- failure of the Website to meet the User's specific requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential losses arising from or relating to use of the Website.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or otherwise unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
14. Waiver
No failure or delay by us in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right or remedy, nor shall any waiver of a particular breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Rego Wine and the User regarding the matters covered herein.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Portugal, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules regarding jurisdiction.
